REQUIREMENTS:
- A Reliable, wired internet connection with 10mbps or higher
- Screenshot of your speed test and computer specs
- Computer Processor with 1.8Ghz or Higher
- USB noise cancelling controlled headset
- Quit workspace
- With at least 6 months work from home experience to detail
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER SKILLS AND REQUIRMENTS:
- Fluency in the english language (speaking and writing)
- sale background is a plus
- real estate experience is a plus but not required

DUTIES (INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
- manage social media platforms with consistent day to day activities
- develop content that makes sense for the target
- manage all images video and content
- open streams for cross promos
- design create and manage promos
- continue to tweak strategies
- become and advocate for the company
- monitor threats trends and opportunities
- monitor effective benchmarks
- FB, instagram, linkedin, twitter, tiktok, youtube and newsletters
